Why did I have you do this? I want to create a sense of awareness of yourself, your body, your ability to make even the tiniest change in your daily life. By taking the time to take three deep long breaths before getting out of bed in the morning has taught you that you can defer something that you do by mere habit. Every time you have a food choice to make, an exercise choice to make in the next ten days, return to this deep breathing exercise. It takes nothing but time and a little concentration.
